This concept, community offering, and growing project came about through the meeting of two young mothers with a shared love of music and a passion for birth. Since 2014 Womb Song has been supporting women with song, through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Offering private and community based singing circles, as well as and support during birth, and ongoing education around the power of song, Womb Song is part of a growing movement of birth workers and singers.
